Does Ridvay make the actual board?
No. Ridvay designs the artwork — the layout, the name treatment, the colours — and you export it as a file. The flex, acrylic, ACP or LED board itself is fabricated and installed by your local board maker.
Can the shop name appear in two languages?
Yes. Add the second line as its own text element in the editor — type or paste the name in the other script — and place it under the main name. Check how it looks on screen before you export, so you can see exactly what the board maker will get.
What file should I give the board maker?
Export SVG if the board maker asks for a vector — it scales to any board size without going soft — otherwise PDF or PNG. All three come out of the same design.
Is it free?
