Export PNG, SVG, PDF, PowerPoint, GIF and video, or share an editable link
Updated 2026-09-04
The Share menu in the top bar is the one place for getting a design out. Share editable link gives anyone a copy they can open in Studio. Export PDF (all pages) is the document; Print-ready PDF is the same with bleed and marks. PowerPoint appears for presentation-like designs. PNG and SVG export the current page. Animate adds GIF and MP4.
Free exports carry a small “Made with Ridvay” credit; paid plans export clean.
How to do it
Share an editable link
Share → “Share editable link”. The link opens a copy of the design in Studio for whoever has it; your original is untouched. Good for a client review or a colleague finishing the work.
Export a PDF
Share → “Export PDF (all pages)”. Every page becomes a PDF page at its canvas size. For a printer, use “Print-ready PDF…” instead, which adds trim size, bleed, crop marks and a preflight.
Export a deck as PowerPoint
For presentation formats, Share → “Export PowerPoint (.pptx, all slides)”. Each page becomes a slide image, so it opens anywhere PowerPoint does.
Export the current page as PNG or SVG
Share → “Export PNG (this page)” for a crisp 2× raster, or “Export SVG (this page)” for vector text and shapes you can open in Illustrator or Inkscape.
Export animation
Open Animate at the bottom of the editor, set animations and transitions, and export GIF for messaging and social, or MP4 for reels, ads and screens.
Tips
- PNG for social and messaging, SVG when someone will edit the file elsewhere, PDF for documents, print-ready PDF for the print shop.
- Shared designs also have a public image URL that re-renders when the design changes — a poster that updates itself on a website or a screen.
- Exports record which pages and format you used, so “generated but never exported” designs can be spotted in your list.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the PDF vector?
- Standard PDF export renders each page as a high-resolution image, which prints well and opens everywhere. Text and shapes are vector in the SVG export.
- Can people who open my shared link change my design?
- No. A shared link opens an editable copy for them; your design stays as it was.
- How do I remove the “Made with Ridvay” credit?
- It appears on free exports only. Any paid plan exports without it.
